Natural persons law

The Civil Code contains rules applicable to natural persons (domicile, capacity of judgment, protection of name) as well as means of protection which can be implemented in relation to natural persons (guardianship of various degrees).

The law of inheritance encompasses all the rules governing the dispositions by will (testament, testamentary contracts) the provisions applicable to the distribution of estates (rights of each heir, forced heirship) as well as any consequence of a demise (distribution of an estate).
